4Ever Young Anti Aging Clinic and Medical Spa was established in 2014 with the opening of its first location in Boca Raton, Florida, but its roots go much deeper. Founders Deniz Duygulu and Carlton Washington’s personal fitness and health journeys opened their eyes to a gap in conventional medicine. They realized that conventional medical care wasn’t structured to proactively support people striving to become the healthiest, best versions of themselves—no matter their age. That’s when they decided to build a new kind of clinic from the ground up, dedicated to anti-aging medicine. One that would be committed to helping people support their vitality now—and in the future: 4Ever Young.
Surrounding themselves with experts dedicated to using cutting-edge treatments and technologies to support healthy aging, wellness, and beauty, Deniz and Carlton turned a startup into a sensation. 4Ever Young has grown leaps and bounds since opening that first location, expanding into other Florida locations and creating a franchise program that has spread 4Ever Young across America—and soon overseas.

DENIZ DUYGULU
If you speak to Deniz, his passion for what he does at 4Ever Young will be the first thing you notice. He is a true believer in the power of a healthy lifestyle. Transforming over time from a skinny, un-athletic kid to a recognized fitness professional, he found out for himself that a life focused on health can be richer and more fulfilling than sticking with the status quo. His own fitness journey helped him acquire deep expertise about nutrition, exercise, and the value of proper supplementation. He has also experienced the wellness-enhancing benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy firsthand, which is such a crucial part of medical anti-aging. Seeing how powerful a holistic approach to preventative health can be, Deniz was driven to start a business that helps people look and feel their best through the power of modern science. Deniz uses all of the wellness services that 4Ever Young offers for men himself—can you tell? CARLTON WASHINGTON
Carlton Washington is a healthy lifestyle enthusiast with a passion for the anti-aging industry. He has a well-rounded background in professional banking, insurance, and real estate sales and acquisition. Carlton holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in communications from Howard University and an Executive MBA from Kennesaw State University. His diverse business experience helps 4Ever Young stay dynamic and keeps us at the forefront of anti-aging medicine. With a strong personal interest in health and wellness, Carlton made it his goal to educate others on the incredible benefits of bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. He’s not just an advocate for bioidentical hormone replacement therapy—he’s also a patient himself. He’s experienced the powerful effects of this treatment firsthand, which makes him a great resource for our patients. Along with his commitment to a healthy diet, regular exercise, and well-rounded nutritional supplementation, Carlton knows that bioidentical HRT is another keystone of healthy aging. His own achievements drive him to help others find their best selves, and this drive inspires the entire 4Ever Young team to do the same.

OUR PROCESS BEGINS WITH AN IN-DEPTH LOOK AT YOUR HEALTH:
Every treatment regimen we create starts with one crucial step: the consultation. This absolutely free session usually lasts around an hour and is how our experts get to know you and your concerns. We service patients from all over the US. Fly in for a day, receive a free consultation and our trained medical staff will work with you to get you on a custom HRT regimen.
If you want to know more about your state of health and would like to move forward with a blood test, we’ll give you a full INBody composition analysis immediately after the consultation. The INBody analysis gives you a full breakdown of how much body fat, muscle, and water is in your body right now. The number on a scale tells you almost nothing, so you’ll be amazed at what you can learn about your body after an INBody Analysis! It gives you a clearer picture of where you’re starting out and will be used periodically during our treatment process to showcase your progress.
While how you feel and your specific concerns are important factors to consider when we form a treatment plan, we like to dig deep and find out what’s underlying those concerns with an extensive blood panel. We order the most comprehensive blood work available, measuring the fullest range of biomarkers possible. We then analyze this exhaustive accounting of your health to make informed recommendations for your treatment. You can’t get a clearer view of your health anywhere else. In most cases, this powerful snapshot of your body’s wellness is done the same day as your consultation and is covered by most insurance, with a $99 fee for your 4Ever Health Profile.
Your $99 also covers an analysis of your results by one of our wellness experts, which we will sum up in a comprehensive report that you get to keep. Want a book about you? The 4Ever Health Profile certainly comes close, and is chock-full of information about how your body’s hormone levels, nutrients, and biomarkers compare to optimal levels. We will also schedule a complimentary half-hour appointment with you to go over the profile, giving you customized recommendations based on your results. Then we fine tune a program to address any imbalances so you can start feeling your best. If you choose to move forward with a treatment plan, your $99 fee will be applied to any hormone replacement therapy program.
While your blood work can reveal a lot, we don’t want there to be any “blanks” in our evaluation of your state of health. That’s why our in-house medical team will obtain your health and family history and perform a full physical, complete with measurements of your vital signs. Together with the blood work, this allows us to get a full picture of where you are now. The physical will confirm that you’re a good candidate for treatment. This would be the last step before beginning any hormone replacement program and can be done the same day as blood work to save you from making an extra trip.
